Donation Refund Policy

As a nonprofit organization, we prioritize transparency and accountability in handling donations. This Donation Refund Policy outlines the terms under which donations may be refunded.

1. General Policy on Donations

All donations made to Clofare Care Foundation are considered final and non-refundable. Donations are used to fund our programs and initiatives as described on our website and in our communications.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate Donations: If a donor accidentally makes multiple identical donations.
  • Error in Donation Amount: If a technical error causes an incorrect amount to be charged.
  • Unauthorized Transaction: If a donation was made without the donor's authorization.

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, donors must contact us within 14 days of the donation date. Requests should include:

  • Full name of the donor.
  • Date and amount of the donation.
  • Proof of the transaction (e.g., receipt or payment confirmation).
  • Reason for the refund request.

4. Non-Refundable Donations

  • Donations made for completed fundraising campaigns or specific projects where funds have already been allocated or used.

5. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method used for the donation. Refunds may take up to 30 days to reflect in the donor's account, depending on the payment provider.

Clofare Care Foundation reserves the right to update or modify this Donation Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website with the updated effective date.
